    We are a company focusing on manufacturing furniture in Chinese style, and we want to know what is the minimum capital required for registry in this industry? Or where can we find such resources? Thank you!

    The minimum capital required to a register a company in the USA is $ 0. You can file for US Incorporation in any USA state. Most overseas companies favor incorporation in states such as Delaware due to it’s low taxes, less government regulation, and reputation at being a business friendly US State.
