Guilford LLC. was started in 1996, and it is focusing on selling and purchasing of both commercial and residential real estate in the North East region of the United States. Guilford is planning on using this trade mission to establish a foothold in Chinese real estate market. We sincerely expect to find a local partner in this mission trip to China.
Guilford LLC. was started in 1996 after Hok Tat Chan’s purchase of Mount Vernon Place, a shopping center located in Baltimore City. The company originally dealt with the management of the shopping center before it eventually expanded into the selling and purchasing of both commercial and residential real estate in the North East region of the United States. Since 2005, Guilford LLC. has purchased and sold apartments in Manhattan and is now in management of an apartment building that sits in the heart of New York’s Chinatown.
